A 50-minute all-levels Pilates practice with a blend of deep core activation, spinal mobility and endurance-based movements. We will focus on challenging the core, improving posture and alignment, creating balance within the body. Ideal if you’re training hard, feeling tight or restricted, or simply want to move with more ease. The session will also finish with a restorative mindful cool down. Come consistently and feel the difference- inside and out.
